When will my order ship?
Ready-stock items are prepared for delivery once your order is processed during business hours (Mon-Sun, 9:00am-6:00pm). Tracking details are sent once your order has been arranged for shipment.
How is shipping calculated?
Delivery options and applicable fees are shown at checkout based on the order details.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the address you enter. If your location is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know whether delivery can be arranged.

Products & sizes

Are products ready-stock or made-to-order?
Every product on DS BRAND is sold as a ready-stock item unless stated otherwise. No fabrication wait.
What if I need a different size or material?
DS BRAND ships standard sizes only. For cut-to-size, custom dimensions, or specific materials, that's handled separately by Advance Supplies.
How do I clean and care for acrylic products?
Use a microfibre cloth with water or mild soap. Avoid alcohol, solvent-based cleaners, and abrasive sponges — they cloud the surface.

Account & payment

Do I need an account to order?
Yes — checkout requires an account. It lets you track orders and save addresses. Sign-up takes about 30 seconds.
What payment methods are accepted?
FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Processed securely via iPay88.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not at the moment. Payment is online only.

Can I cancel an order?

  2. I don’t have credit card, can I pay using bank transfer?
    Yes, we accept transfers from major banks (Maybank, CIMB, etc) and Credit Cards (Visa/Master) via IPAY88.
  3. I bought the items and is there any hidden charges for the delivery fees?
    Delivery fees will be calculated base on volumetric and weight. All the fees will be shown on checkout page. There’s no hidden charges.
  4. Why have I not received my items?
    Tracking code will be sent to your email if the parcel is out for delivery, you may trace the status from the given courier link. If you didn’t receive or couldn’t get the status, kindly contact us at fb live chat so we can assist you.
